ABOUT ST. DAVID’S CHURCH
History
Established: 1979
Consecrated: March 27, 1988 by Abp. Torkom Manoogian
The current building was built by parishioners and includes a sanctuary, Mardigian Hall, Alex and Marie Manoogian School.
Major Benefactors: Lois Shakarian, Edward and Helen Mardigian, Alex and Marie Manoogian, James and Marta Batmasian, Paul Charles (Garabedian) Estate.

Awarded the “Award of Excellence for Architecture” in and Mayor Emil Danciu presented the church the “Key of the City of Boca Raton”; annual food festivals and variety shows and various fundraising events for parish and for the enjoyment of the parishioners and visitors

Fr. Gabrielyan was born in Etchmiadzin, Armenia, and studied at the Vaskenian and Gevorkian Theological Seminaries in Armenia. He was ordained to the holy priesthood on April 22, 2012, by Bishop Artak Tikranyan, and served at the St. Gregory the Enlightener Cathedral in Yerevan.

REV. FR. SEVAK GABRIELYAN
Fr. Gabrielyan was born in Etchmiadzin, Armenia, and studied at the Vaskenian and Gevorkian Theological Seminaries in Armenia. He was ordained to the holy priesthood on April 22, 2012, by Bishop Artak Tikranyan, and served at the St. Gregory the Enlightener Cathedral in Yerevan.
With the blessings of His Holiness Karekin II, the Catholicos of All Armenians, Fr. Gabrielyan arrived in the United States in 2013 and completed an internship at St. Gregory the Enlightener Church in White Plains, NY. He continued to serve as an intern at St. Mark Church of Springfield, MA, and became the parish’s full-time pastor on October 1, 2015.

Vartan Mnatsakanian was born and raised in Yerevan, Armenia. Vartan is a third-generation shoemaker and designer and owns a thriving floral business with his lovely wife. In his spare time, Vartan loves checking out classic cars and has an interest in politics. In addition to being the Vice-Chairman of the Parish Council, Vartan is Chairman of the New Year’s Eve Committee, a greeter, and works hard to maintain our facility. Vartan enjoys serving the church.

Homer Gregorian-Fard Ph.D.
Dr. Homer Gregorian-Fard, Ph.D. was born in Abadan, Iran, and grew up in Iran and the United States. Homer is a civil engineer, business owner, and has served the Lord through leadership roles at St. David Armenian Church since 2005. In addition to being our Parish Council Chairman and Diocesan Council Delegate, Homer is the Chairman of the Building Committee and is excited to expand the church school building. Homer’s favorite aspect of the Armenian Apostolic Church is our Badarak / Divine Liturgy. In his spare time, Homer enjoys tennis, football, and swimming. Fun Fact: Homer was a Swimming Champion in Iran in 1960.
